• For Deputy Medical Officer : Pass in MBBS with compeletion of Compulsory Rotatory Resident Internship.
• For Medical Officer : Pass in MBBS. and Post Graduate qualifications in Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology,Pediatrics, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, ENT & Dermatology.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit :

• For Graduate Executive Trainee : 30 years
• For Deputy Medical Officer : 32 years
• For Medical Officer : 36 years

Age of Relaxation :

• Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe : 5 years
